Let’s find somewhere comfortable we can be together, and for a while leave behind the outside world. Here we will explore our sense of touch, through both self touch and imagined touch.

You're welcome to pause at any time. Your comfort is our priority, so if you feel the need to stop an exercise, you can choose to actively listen or pause the recording altogether.

NOTICE:

For this exercise you should find somwhere you are comfortable to sit quietly and alone for a while, somwhere you feel safe.  
In this recording we will explore self touch and imagined touch of the arms and upper body. You can choose to engage with or visualise as much of the content as works for you. There will be references to scars and tattoos, if this may be triggering to you it may be best to choose a different recording.
