NOTICE
for this exercise we will be engaging in self touch, I will be working with my hands on thighs, however you can choose to work with wherever feels accessible for you ( for example your arms or feet or belly).
Please feel free to listen to my introduction first, or if you feel ready, directly dive into the more active part of the recording.
I will also be closing my eyes, and prompting you to do the same. again you may join or not.
At some points the self touch will become slightly more intense, only engage with the physical touch that feels right. Alternatively I invite you to simply imagine the physical touch rather than using self-touch.
Please prepare a blanket and some colourful pens and a paper.
