⁠for this exercise we will be engaging in self touch, I will be working with my hands on thighs, however you can choose to work with wherever feels accessible for you. 

⁠⁠I will also be closing my eyes, and prompting you to do the same. again you may join or not. 

At some points the self touch will become slightly more intense, only engage with the physical touch that feels right.

Please prepare some colourful pens and a paper.
