​This recording will invite you to engage in painting as a form of imaginative touch, blending creativity with bodily attunement. You are encouraged  to envision soft brushstrokes or fingertips gliding across the skin. This is an accessible and flexible space where listeners can experiment with touch and memory while also learning to honour their own limits.
